1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") and ph11x ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph11x website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, accessing the ph11x platform, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of ph11x Services and refrain from creating an account. 3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may only create and maintain one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and any detected duplicate accounts will be closed, with balances subject to forfeiture.

3.2 Password and Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph11x account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow others to access your account. You agree to immediately notify ph11x of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. ph11x shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Verification

ph11x reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, postal ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification documentation is provided. Your account may be suspended pending completion of verification procedures.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Deposit Methods

ph11x accepts deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers from Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), InstaPay, PesoNet, and other approved payment channels. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and fund forfeiture.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically ranging from PHP 100 to PHP 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on your account status and payment method. Deposits are generally credited instantly to your ph11x account balance, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. ph11x reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that violates these Terms or applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

4.3 Currency

All ph11x account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates determined by our payment processors. Currency conversion fees may apply and are the responsibility of the User.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by ph11x during normal business hours, Monday through Sunday. Processing times typically range from two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours, though delays may occur due to verification requirements, payment provider schedules, or banking holidays. Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.

5.2 Withdrawal Requirements

To withdraw funds from your ph11x account, you must meet the following conditions: (a) complete identity verification procedures; (b) satisfy any wagering requirements attached to bonuses received; (c) withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name; (d) meet minimum withdrawal thresholds, typically PHP 500; and (e) comply with any additional security measures requested by ph11x.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on your account status, verification level, and gaming history. ph11x reserves the right to impose additional withdrawal restrictions or request further documentation for large withdrawal amounts. If a game malfunction causes incorrect payouts, ph11x reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. Players must report suspected errors or discrepancies within seven (7) days of occurrence.

Upon account termination, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If termination results from User violation of these Terms, ph11x may confiscate all account funds as liquidated damages. Users may voluntarily close their accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Withdrawal of remaining funds will be subject to standard verification and processing procedures.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials displayed on ph11x are the exclusive property of ph11x or our licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any ph11x content without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph11x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

ph11x is not responsible for losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, unauthorized account access resulting from User negligence, or any events beyond our reasonable control. You agree to use ph11x Services at your own risk and acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of ph11x Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation and mediation.
